There were two friends named Keshav and Naman. They were best friends, they shared everything. They had grown up together since class 2. Their parents were great friends with each other.

Keshav’s father was a rich businessman in Delhi, he owned his mansion in the posh areas of Delhi. Keshav’s father owned his steel industry in Delhi, he used to supply steel to other factories.

Keshav’s mother was no less than him, she was also very successful in her career, she was a college professor. She used to teach human resource management to college students, she was a postgraduate student from Hansraj College of Delhi University.

On the other hand, Naman’s parents used to struggle financially. Naman’s father had a private job in a firm as a sales manager. He used to earn good, but he couldn’t fulfill the wishes of Naman.

Naman was always upset with his father because all his friends used to go out partying, but he never used to go because his father wouldn’t have enough money to spend on movie tickets.

Keshav was a mature child, he never used to go out for these kinds of parties, he used to be at home, sitting and studying for the exam that he would have to give, he was a studious child. He always had a dream of taking his father’s business to the next level for which he used to workday and night.

Keshav used to learn business techniques from his father, he had a business mindset since his childhood. Keshav’s aim was clear he wanted to Master of Business Administration so that he could easily run his father’s business.

Naman used to depend on his luck, he used to never work hard enough to build his father’s legacy further. He used to just criticize his father for not making him buy the stuff that he wanted for himself.

One day, Naman’s mother talked to him, she told him a story of a young boy who was just like Keshav, he used to criticize every situation. He used to be dependent on others for the stuff that he wanted. he was capable of doing everything, but he didn’t do it because he thought that it wouldn’t make any difference if he worked.

He was devasted when his father died, he was in complete shock, and the end as he was the eldest member of the family after his father, he went to work, he used to workday and night so that he could arrange two meals a day for his family.

Naman realized his mistake, he thanked his mother for telling him this story, he started working hard, and he started studying to the depth of the subject. He decided his aim, he wanted to become a professor at a reputed university.

Moral of the story: The nature of a person doesn’t depend on one’s circumstances, it depends upon the habits that he/she follows daily. Criticizing the situation is a bad habit, coming out of a problematic situation is a good habit and one should follow the same.
